Winnebago Council - 25th Anniversary

In honor of the 25th Anniversary of the Winnebago Council’s Service Center located in Waterloo the Winnebago Council has created 12 Commemorative Council Shoulder Patches, one for each point of the scout law, as a fundraiser.

Each month, the Winnebago Council unveiled the next patch in the series. These patches are rare and unique, as there are only 100 sets available and each are labeled with a different number between 1 and 100. Individually, these patches can be purchased at the Winnebago Council Service Center for $20. As a set of 12 patches, they can be purchased for $300 up front. There will also be two extremely unique patches available, a pre-merger rendition of the Wapsipinicon Council Shoulder Patch and a pre-merger rendition of the Winnebago Council Shoulder Patch. These two unique Council Shoulder patches WILL NOT be available for individual sale and can only be obtained by buying a set of 12 patches.

These commemorative patches are currently on sale and will be until all have been sold.  Reserve your favorite number right now! We will continue to post on our website, www.winnebagobsa.org, new and upcoming information regarding these patches.  The Winnebago Council will be holding an auction at a date and a time to be determined for the sets 1-5; this information will also be on the Council’s Website.
