The Winnebago Scout Reservation is a year round camping facility that is home to the Winnebago Council Cub Scout camps in the summer, Boy Scout Camporees in the Spring and Fall and many other Cub Scout and Boy Scout activities. Throughout the year there are many other camping and activity opportunities for Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing and for non-scout related groups including school and church groups, youth groups, 4-H, Girl Scouts, service organizations, private business, company picnics and many more.
When camp is not in session the facilities are available for day, overnight or weekend use by other organizations. It has also been a great overnight stop for scout and youth groups who are traveling and need a comfortable overnight stop. Contact the Winnebago Council office or the camp Ranger.
The Winnebago Scout Reservation boasts several heated and unheated sleeping cabins that are available year-round, themed campsites with permanent picnic shelters, and many other facilities including: a large dining hall and kitchen, director's lodge building, activity building, heated swimming Pool, shower facilities , BB gun range, archery range, obstacle course, nature building, hiking/biking/skiing trails, mountain bikes, cross country skis and snowshoes. br>
